Small but a lot of power,
The quality of the fryer is just like the nonstick products and it's easy to clean. I just right for a single person that doesn't cook for a lot of people. I don't like that it has an adjustable knob for the temperature, it seems like it's cooking to fast. But it's a great item glad I purchased it.

Revised- Plastic needs to be removed from the pot (Coating MELTED onto my food)
REVISED - There is a plastic coating in the barrel of this pot. REMOVE IT before you cook. There is nothing in the instructions that tells you this, and it looks like it is part of the pot. Just take your knife and remove it.Second thing - this pot gets too hot for some things. Tortillas burn before you can get to them. I am going to put in a thermometer and temper the heat by adding drizzles of fresh oil. We shall see. For the price its worth itThird thing - people complain about no lid. I am using a splatter screen over it, and cooking with it outside on my stainless steel table. All good.Original Post - NO!!! The ceramic coating MELTED onto my food. Unbelievable. Horrible. I used as instructed. DO NOT BUY/

I use it on a daily basis
High quality heats the oil quickly, really like the fact that it doesn't have a basket. I make my own batter for onion rings and it's so nice I can scoop them out and not have to worry about them sticking to the basket. Overall I am very happy with my purchase
