I can usually handle bad tasting stuff, but this one is a no go. I couldn’t even finish it cause I couldn’t handle the taste. Not sure how affective it really is.

I love Goli vitamins. I keep the ashwaghanda and apple cider vinegar on hand. These came in one clump in the bottle. I have to rip them from the clump to get them. They have a chalky exterior and the taste is nauseating. Very odd for Goli. Maybe it’s the actually ingredients that make them taste so bad.
